Located in Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province (near Xi'an), it covers more than 14 acres of land, with a building area of 7,000 square meters (about 70,000 feet), and can accommodate up to 120 children. The local government provided the land free of charge for 30 years and it was opened in October 2014.
